There are many connections between this project and assignments we have done in class. One that stands out is the similarity to the case studies. For case studies we learn material and concepts throughout readings and apply it to a product or company. In the learning portfolio we apply material and concepts obtained throughout the course to our own examples to show our understanding. I believe the case studies prepared me for the this project by applying concepts I have learned.
An area I believe I need to strengthen is my overall connection of the marketing analysis and strategy. My understanding of these main concepts will grow throughout the course by reading chapters and understanding how all marketing concepts connect.
At this point in the semester, I believe I have a strong understanding of marketing and the key concepts. I have completed and done well on all assignments. I am happy with my performance and grade at this point. I will keep working hard and pushing myself to completely understand readings and assignments. This will allow me to use material throughout assignments and reference situations where I have experience certain concepts first hand.
